• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Make timely payments as per the agreed terms

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Services may be suspended for non-payment
• Refund policies will be outlined in project-specific agreements

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables created specifically for their project. However:

• RAM.dev retains rights to pre-existing materials and methodologies
• RAM.dev may showcase completed work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed
• Third-party tools and licenses remain property of their respective owners

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose sensitive business information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

While we strive for excellence:

• We cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic levels
• SEO results depend on many factors beyond our control
• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination:

• Client is responsible for payment of work completed
• Deliverables completed and paid for will be provided
• Ongoing services will cease

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
